Position Overview: ClearIAS is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our reach, and contributing to the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, partners, and market segments through market research and analysis.
- Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through email, phone calls, and networking events to introduce ClearIAS’ offerings and value proposition.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate ClearIAS’ services.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth.
- Meet Targets: Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex products or services.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
