Position Overview: ClearIAS is seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Tele Callers. As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential CSE aspirants, providing information about ClearIAS courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions to kickstart their IAS exam preparation journey.

- Attend inbound calls from potential candidates interested in ClearIAS Courses.
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates who have shown interest in ClearIAS courses.
- Explain the features and benefits of ClearIAS coaching programs.
- Understand the needs and requirements of prospective candidates and provide tailored information and solutions.
- Handle inquiries, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Stay updated with ClearIAS course offerings and changes in the competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of the telecalling process.
- Uphold ClearIAS’ commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Any degree (graduation).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and/or regional languages.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
- Knowledge or interest in the field of Civil Services Examination (CSE) is an advantage.
